NOTIFICATION REGARDING BOILER OPERATION
ENGINEER’S EXAMINATION
The Boiler Operation Engineers
examination board has decided to conduct the next Boiler Operation Engineers
Examination at Bangalore in the year 2019. The exact date and place of the
examination will be intimated later to the candidates. The candidates appearing
for the said examination, may download the application form along with the instructions
sheet from the official page in FBIS- Homepage or website
www.karnataka.gov.in.esurakshate
The Age, qualification and experience required
for a candidate to appear for examination is as Follows
Age, Qualification and Experience
1.
Age: Shall not be less than 23 years.
a)
Qualifications
and Experience: shall possesses a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical
/Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics / Chemical / Power Plant / Production /
Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a recognized Institution.
b)
Has Served
for not less than two years in case of Degree holders and for not less than
five years in case of Diploma holders in Operation/ Maintenance of a boiler
having heating surface not less than 1000 Sq Meters (For degree or post
graduate diploma holders from National Power Training Institute requirement of
minimum working experience is one year) .
OR
A battery of Boilers having heating surface not less
than 1000 Sq Meters in aggregate out of which at least one boiler shall be not
less than 500 Sq Meters Heating Surface.
The filled
application shall be submitted along with examination fee of Rs 1500/-.
The fee shall be remitted online to the Directorate of
Factories, Boilers , Industrial safety and Health, Bangalore through the
website www.k2.karnataka.gov.in
The
Last date for receipt of duly filled application form is Dt: 16.12.2019.Further
details can be availed from this office or Labour Department 24x7 help line No.
